Financing Your Eye Care
Affordable Options for Your Vision Investment
At Advanced Sight Center, we believe that cost should never stand between you and the clear vision you deserve. Whether you’re considering premium cataract lens upgrades, LASIK, or designer eyewear from our Optical Boutique, we offer a variety of payment and financing options to help make your care affordable.
Understanding Your Costs
Many of our services — including comprehensive eye exams, medical treatments for glaucoma and diabetic eye disease, and standard cataract surgery — are covered by most major insurance plans and Medicare.
However, certain elective and premium services involve out-of-pocket costs that may not be fully covered by insurance. These can include:
- Premium cataract lens upgrades — Light Adjustable Lenses (LALs), multifocal lenses, and toric lenses
- LASIK and other refractive surgery
- Prescription eyewear and contact lenses from our Optical Boutique
- Cosmetic or elective procedures
Our team will review your insurance benefits and provide a clear cost estimate before any procedure so there are no surprises.
Flexible Payment Options
Insurance
Advanced Sight Center accepts most major medical insurance plans and Medicare. We will verify your benefits ahead of your appointment and help you understand your coverage, copays, and any remaining out-of-pocket balance. Please bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID to every visit.
CareCredit® Healthcare Financing

Additional Payment Methods

Maximize Your Vision Benefits
Here are a few tips to help you get the most from your vision and medical benefits:
- Use your FSA/HSA funds before they expire. Many plans operate on a calendar year, and unused funds may be forfeited. Eye exams, prescription eyewear, and certain procedures are often eligible expenses.
- Know the difference between vision and medical insurance. Routine eye exams may fall under your vision plan, while medical conditions like cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic eye disease are typically billed through your medical insurance.
- Ask about bundled pricing. If you’re considering premium lens implants for both eyes, our team can walk you through package pricing and financing combinations to keep costs manageable.
Your Vision Is Worth the Investment
Premium lens technology like Light Adjustable Lenses and multifocal implants can reduce or even eliminate your dependence on glasses after cataract surgery — an investment that pays dividends every day. Our experienced team, led by Dr. Chris Ullrich, will guide you through every option so you can make the choice that fits your lifestyle and your budget.
